Google Body Browser – Google’s latest Human Body Educational Tool

Google Body Browser is Google’s latest educational tool. It is a completely detailed outline of the human body. On the left you will find a slider that lets you select different layers of the body: the external skin, muscles,bones, organs, and the nervous system.

As you move the slider, the image of the body on the right is updated. You can zoom in and out of the image and rotate it as you wish. Clicking on a body part highlights it and displays its name. NPTEL – IIT and IISc Faculty Have Recorded Around 4,750 Videos

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) faculty have recorded around 4,750 videos for this project till date and anyone, anywhere can watch the lectures online through YouTube at youtube.com/iit.

The project – NPTEL – is funded by the Indian Government and content of the courses is based on the curriculum that’s suggested by AICTE. It should therefore benefit all science and engineering students of India especially those studying in institutes where the local teaching faculty is not at par. [ via. labnol ]
